allwinner a10 is currently the best low cost “chinese” ARM SOC available
some nice overview (with pictures) of allwinner lowcost netop like systems → wikpedia
allwiner a10 is quite good cpu for its price ((over)clocks up to 1.5ghz = 3000DMIPS (3times an alix), typically “limited” to 1Ghz, sometimes 1.2ghz) unfortunately just 100mbit lan, and no pcie
without gpu use usually systems stays below 3W, not good, but not bad either,..
most of them also only support 5V power input
